Delivery Information
The anticipated time of delivery of any Products via the Website shall be indicated at the time that any order is accepted by us.
For all orders follow the below delivery estimates. Please note that these estimates are based on stock availability and are subject to the receipt of your payment in our bank account.
JHB Delivery Estimates:
Monday – Friday before 11am - 1 working day delivery
Monday – Friday after 11am - 1-2 working days delivery
Saturday & Sunday - 1-2 working days delivery
CPT Delivery Estimates:
Monday – Friday before 11am - 1 working day delivery
Monday – Friday after 11am - 1-2 working days delivery
Saturday & Sunday - 1-3 working days delivery
DBN Delivery Estimates:
Monday – Friday before 11am - 1 working day delivery
Monday – Friday after 11am - 1-3 working days delivery
Saturday & Sunday - 1-3 working days delivery
Other Outlying Area Delivery Estimates:
Monday – Friday before 11am - 2-3 working days delivery
Monday – Friday after 11am - 5 working days delivery
Saturday & Sunday - 5 working days delivery

No deliveries will be made on public holidays and during weekends.

Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time with distributors and is dependent on geographical location.

Delivery estimate will commence from when payment is reflecting in our bank account and not from time of order.

Next business day delivery means that delivery will take place before 5:00 pm the following business day only once payment has been received.

Subject to the client placing and paying for an order before 11:00 am during working hours.

All orders 10kgs and more, will be delivered via road freight and delivery is estimated at 4 working days.
Our delivery partners are MDS and First Freight. Both services will ship to any physical address within South African borders. We unfortunately can't ship to Postal boxes or across border.
We hold stock of some items but other items we order from suppliers.
We will only start processing your order once we have received your payment in our account. Please note stock availability may fluctuate until then and on the odd occasion the supplier may run out of stock.
We will process your orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.
Delivery Rates
Delivery is FREE for orders over R1,000.00. A flat rate delivery fee of R75.00 excl VAT nationwide will apply to all other orders, unless specified on the product information.
Special Orders:
Certain special orders, including custom products, special configurations, and certain software licences, require varying order lead times.

We can only ship your products once payment has been received into our bank account. Unfortunately providing us with a POP is not sufficient, as we often receive fraudulent POPs.
Late Delivery:
If a Product purchased from Graficomp Shop is not delivered within the agreed delivery period, or where no specific period was agreed, within 30 days after having purchased the Product, the ECT Act entitles you to cancel such sale on 7 (seven) days’ notice to Graficomp Shop by phoning 021 702 0012. Should the Product purchased be unavailable, Graficomp Shop shall notify you and issue a full refund within 30 (thirty) days after such notice.
